Terms of Service

I. Definitions

• "User," "you," or "your" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "The Grid," "we," "us," or "our" means Ravega Ventures operating under the brand name "The Grid – Madurai".

II. Nature of the Platform

1. The Platform serves two main purposes:
   • It allows registered users to check real-time availability and securely book pickleball court slots at The Grid – Madurai.
   • It provides promotional and informational content (prices, galleries, menus, contact details) for our other services: Paintball, Banquet Lawn, and Cafe Courtside. These additional services are not bookable through the Platform and are for display and inquiry purposes only.
2. Booking fees for pickleball courts (inclusive of applicable taxes) are based on slot duration, time of day, demand, and any applicable offers.
3. Payments for pickleball bookings are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways.

III. Account & User Obligations (for Pickleball Booking)

1. Booking pickleball courts requires login via your registered mobile number and a one-time password (OTP).
2. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your mobile number and OTP login.
3. Notify us immediately at thegridmadurai@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

IV. Data & Internet Charges

Accessing the Platform may incur data or SMS charges from your service provider. You are solely responsible for such charges.

V. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Pickleball Bookings Only)

Cancellations and refunds for pickleball bookings are governed by the policy displayed at the time of booking. Eligible refunds will be processed within 1 working day.

VI. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All content on the Platform—including text, photographs, videos, menus, pricing, logos, trademarks, and the name "The Grid – Madurai"—is the exclusive property of Ravega Ventures.
2. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to view the content for personal, non-commercial informational and booking purposes only.
3. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

VII. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Make false, fraudulent, or speculative pickleball bookings;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the Platform;
• Copy, download, or republish any images, pricing, menus, or other content for commercial purposes;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform;
• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Transmit viruses or harmful code;
• Engage in any activity that violates Indian laws.

VIII. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties. Prices, menus, and availability shown for Paintball, Banquet Lawn, and Cafe Courtside are indicative and subject to change. Playing pickleball or participating in any of our activities involves inherent risks; you participate entirely at your own risk.

IX. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim related to pickleball bookings shall not exceed the booking fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

X. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ravega Ventures, its partners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or our facilities, or your breach of these Terms.

XI. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.

XII. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
