Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by You (User)

More than 6 hours before the slot start time	100% Full Refund	Transaction charges of 3% + GST on the booking amount
6 hours or less before the slot start time	No Refund	Entire booking amount forfeited
No-show (you do not arrive for the booked slot)	No Refund	Entire booking amount forfeited

2. Cancellation by The Grid (Venue) or Unplayable Conditions

If we cancel your booking or if the court becomes unplayable due to rain, waterlogging, extreme heat, power failure, maintenance, or any other reason beyond your control:

You will receive a 100% Full Refund.
Alternatively, at our discretion, we may offer you a free rescheduling to any other available slot.

3. Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 2 working days from the approval of cancellation.
The actual credit in your bank account, card, or wallet may take an additional 5–7 working days depending on your bank/payment provider.
The 3% + GST transaction charge (applicable only on user cancellations > 6 hours) is non-refundable and covers payment gateway and administrative costs.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Cancellations made within 6 hours of the slot start time.
No-shows or late arrivals.
Bookings made using promotional vouchers, discount codes, or special offers (these are non-refundable and non-transferable in all cases).
